REGIONAL MANAGEMENT TRAINING SCHOOL
This position is designed to teach you the entire business and how we operate at every level. You will be offered the opportunity to participate in all aspects of marketing and sales while learning about other essential areas of the organization. You will be trained to think strategically about the business while implementing programs designed to create revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be trained on how to manage, inspire and motivate a large team.
As an office manager, you will be responsible for, Recruiting Techniques and Strategies, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Human Resource Management, Office Operations, and Customer Service.
Other Responsibilities include:
- Face-to-face interaction with various decision makers
- Implementing growth strategies for new areas of the business
- Creating and maintaining customer relationships
- Attending on-going sales and marketing meetings
